1. 목적
이 약관은 Latel(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 앱 한잔한날과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용할 때 회사와 이용자 사이의 권리, 의무, 책임과 이용 조건을 정합니다.
2. 서비스 내용
- 서비스는 이용자가 술 마신 날을 달력에 표시하고, 표시한 날을 오늘 화면과 달력 화면에서 확인하게 해 줍니다.
- 기록은 이용자가 로그인한 계정에 저장되므로 앱을 다시 깔거나 기기를 바꿔도 같은 방식으로 로그인하면 그대로 볼 수 있습니다.
- 서비스는 무료로 제공합니다. 광고와 결제 기능은 없습니다.
- 서비스는 음주를 권하거나 부추기지 않으며, 음주량이나 건강 상태를 판단하거나 의료 조언을 하지 않습니다. 기록은 이용자가 참고하기 위한 것이며 법적·의료적 증빙으로 쓰도록 만든 것이 아닙니다.
3. 이용 자격(만 19세 이상)
서비스는 만 19세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 첫 로그인 뒤 나오는 동의 화면에서 만 19세 이상임을 확인하고 마신 날 기록의 저장·이용에 동의해야 서비스를 쓸 수 있습니다.
이용자가 만 19세 미만이거나 거짓으로 확인했다는 사실을 알게 되면 회사는 해당 계정의 이용을 제한하고 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
4. 계정과 로그인
- 이용자는 카카오, Google, Apple 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. Apple 로그인은 iPhone에서만 됩니다.
- Apple로 남긴 기록은 안드로이드에서 열 수 없습니다. 아이폰과 안드로이드를 오갈 계획이면 처음부터 카카오나 Google로 로그인해 주세요.
- 이용자는 자기 계정과 기기를 직접 관리해야 하며, 다른 사람의 계정을 도용하거나 자기 계정을 다른 사람이 쓰게 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 로그인에 쓰는 카카오, Google, Apple의 약관과 정책은 각 사업자의 것이 적용됩니다.
5. 회원 탈퇴와 이용 종료
- 이용자는 앱의 설정 > 회원 탈퇴로 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 마신 날 기록이 모두 바로 삭제되고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
- 앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우 한잔한날 계정 삭제 요청 페이지에서 안내하는 방법으로 이메일(ceo@latel-co.com)을 보내 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 탈퇴 뒤에 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 새 계정으로 시작하며, 삭제한 기록은 돌아오지 않습니다.
- 개인정보의 보유와 삭제는 한잔한날 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 계정이나 정보를 도용하는 행위
- 만 19세 미만이면서 만 19세 이상이라고 거짓으로 확인하는 행위
- 서비스나 서버에 비정상적인 방법으로 접근하거나, 자동화된 수단으로 과도한 요청을 보내거나, 보안 장치를 우회하려는 행위
- 서비스를 역설계하거나 침해하려는 행위, 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 법령, 이 약관, 카카오·Google·Apple·앱스토어·플레이스토어의 정책을 위반하는 행위
- 회사나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 행위
회사는 위 행위를 확인하면 사전 통지 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 중단
- 회사는 서비스의 기능을 바꾸거나 추가하거나 줄일 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 중요한 변경은 앱이나 웹사이트로 미리 알립니다.
- 시스템 점검, 장애 대응, 통신 장애, 법령이나 스토어 정책 준수를 위해 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스를 종료하는 경우 앱이나 웹사이트로 미리 알립니다.
8. 책임의 제한
- 서비스는 무료로 제공하며 현재 상태 그대로 제공합니다. 기록의 내용은 이용자가 직접 표시한 것에 따릅니다.
- 회사는 천재지변, 통신·전력 장애, 카카오·Google·Apple·Supabase 같은 외부 서비스의 장애, 이용자의 기기 문제나 계정 관리 소홀 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 서비스의 기록을 법적·의료적 판단의 근거로 쓰거나 다른 사람에게 보여 주어 생긴 결과에 책임지지 않습니다.
- 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해와 관계 법령상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.
9. 지식재산권과 오픈소스
서비스와 앱의 디자인, 문구, 프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 이용자가 표시한 기록은 이용자의 것이며 회사는 서비스를 제공하는 범위에서만 이용합니다. 앱에 포함된 오픈소스 소프트웨어(글꼴 Pretendard 등)는 각각의 라이선스를 따르며, 앱의 설정 > 오픈소스 라이선스에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
10. 약관 변경
회사는 관련 법령, 서비스 기능, 스토어 정책에 따라 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바뀐 약관은 적용일 7일 전부터(이용자에게 불리하거나 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터) 앱이나 웹사이트로 알리고 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경을 알리는 안내에는 적용일까지 이의를 제기하지 않으면 변경에 동의한 것으로 본다는 내용과, 동의하지 않으면 적용일 전에 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있다는 내용을 분명하게 따로 적습니다. 이용자가 그 안내를 받고도 적용일까지 이의를 제기하지 않은 채 적용일 뒤에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의가 새로 필요한 변경은 앱에서 다시 동의를 받습니다.
11. 준거법과 관할
이 약관과 서비스에는 대한민국 법을 적용합니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Summary
Hanjanhannal is a free app for people aged 19 or older that saves the days you drank to the account you sign in with. You can delete your records and stop using it at any time through Settings > Withdraw membership in the app. Hanjanhannal does not encourage drinking and does not judge whether you are drunk.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and conditions of use between Latel ("Company") and users for the Hanjanhannal app and related services ("Service").
2. What the Service Does
- The Service lets users mark the days they drank on a calendar and look at the marked days on the Today screen and the Calendar screen.
- Records are saved to the account the user signs in with, so after reinstalling the app or changing devices, the user can see them again by signing in the same way.
- The Service is free. It has no advertising and no payment features.
- The Service does not encourage or promote drinking, and it does not judge drinking amounts or health conditions or give medical advice. Records are for the user's own reference and are not designed to be used as legal or medical evidence.
3. Eligibility (Age 19 or Older)
Only people aged 19 or older may use the Service. Users must confirm they are 19 or older and agree to saving and using their drinking-day records on the consent screen shown after the first sign-in before they can use the Service.
If the Company learns that a user is under 19 or gave a false confirmation, it may restrict that account and delete its records.
4. Accounts and Sign-In
- Users can sign in with a Kakao, Google, or Apple account. Apple sign-in works only on iPhone.
- Records made with Apple cannot be opened on Android. If you plan to switch between iPhone and Android, please sign in with Kakao or Google from the start.
- Users must manage their own accounts and devices, and must not use another person's account or let others use their account.
- The terms and policies of Kakao, Google, and Apple apply to the sign-in services they provide.
5. Withdrawal and Ending Use
- Users can withdraw at any time through Settings > Withdraw membership in the app. When you withdraw, all drinking-day records are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
- If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion by emailing ceo@latel-co.com as explained on the Hanjanhannal account deletion request page.
- If you sign in again with the same account after withdrawing, you start with a new account, and deleted records do not come back.
- Retention and deletion of personal information follow the Hanjanhannal Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Acts
Users must not:
- Use another person's account or information without permission
- Falsely confirm that they are 19 or older when they are under 19
- Access the Service or its servers by abnormal means, send excessive requests by automated means, or try to bypass security measures
- Reverse engineer or attack the Service, or interfere with its normal operation
- Violate laws, these terms, or the policies of Kakao, Google, Apple, the App Store, or Google Play
- Infringe the rights of the Company or others
If the Company confirms such acts, it may restrict use of the Service, suspend the account, or delete it without prior notice.
7. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
- The Company may change, add, or remove features of the Service. Changes that matter to users will be announced in advance in the app or on the website.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, incident response, communication failures, or to comply with law or store policies.
- If the Company ends the Service, it will announce it in advance in the app or on the website.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided free of charge and as is. The content of the records depends on what the user marked.
- The Company is not liable for damage caused by reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, communication or power failures, outages of external services such as Kakao, Google, Apple, or Supabase, device problems, or the user's failure to manage their account.
- The Company is not liable for results of the user relying on the Service's records for legal or medical decisions, or showing them to others.
- However, this does not limit damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property and Open Source
The Company owns the rights to the Service and to the app's design, text, and programs. The records a user marks belong to the user, and the Company uses them only to the extent needed to provide the Service. Open-source software included in the app (such as the Pretendard typeface) follows its own license, which you can see in the app under Settings > Open-source licenses.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Company may change these terms in line with applicable law, service features, and store policies. Changed terms will be announced in the app or on the website starting 7 days before they apply (30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to users or important), and the effective date on this page will be updated. The notice of a change will clearly and separately state that not objecting by the effective date counts as agreeing to the change, and that a user who does not agree may withdraw membership before the effective date. If a user who has received that notice does not object by the effective date and keeps using the Service after the changes apply, the user is considered to have agreed to them. For changes that need new consent, we ask for consent again in the app.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these terms and to the Service. Disputes related to the Service will be resolved in the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
