삭제 요청 이메일 보내기
1. 앱 안에서 삭제하기 (가장 빠른 방법)
- 한잔한날을 열고 오늘 화면 오른쪽 위의 톱니바퀴를 누릅니다.
- 설정 화면에서 '회원 탈퇴'를 누릅니다.
- 확인창에서 '탈퇴하기'를 누르면 바로 삭제됩니다. Apple로 로그인했다면 Apple 연결을 해제하기 위해 Apple 로그인을 한 번 더 거칩니다.
탈퇴하면 마신 날 기록과 계정 정보가 즉시 삭제되고 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 카카오 연결 해제, Apple 토큰 폐기, Google 앱 접근 해제도 함께 요청합니다.
2. 앱 없이 이메일로 요청하기
앱을 지웠거나 기기를 잃어버려 앱에서 탈퇴할 수 없다면 ceo@latel-co.com으로 제목을 '한잔한날 계정 삭제 요청'으로 해서 이메일을 보내 주세요. 메일에 아래 내용을 적어 주세요.
- 앱 이름: 한잔한날
- 로그인 방식: 카카오, Google, Apple 중 하나
- Google로 로그인했다면 그 Google 계정의 이메일 주소
- 가입한 대략적인 시기
- 요청 내용: 계정과 마신 날 기록의 삭제
요청한 분이 계정 주인이 맞는지 확인하기 위해 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 카카오와 Apple 계정은 이메일 주소만으로 계정을 찾기 어려워 확인하지 못할 수 있으니, 가능하면 앱을 다시 설치해 로그인한 뒤 앱 안에서 탈퇴해 주세요.
카카오, Google, Apple 쪽에서 연결만 해제해도 한잔한날 서버에 저장된 기록은 지워지지 않습니다. 기록까지 지우려면 위 방법 중 하나로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.
3. 삭제되는 데이터
- 마신 날 기록 전부(표시한 날짜와 시각)
- 계정·동의 기록(로그인 방식, 계정 생성·최초 로그인 시각, 동의 버전과 시각)
- 로그인에 쓴 소셜 계정 식별자와 인증 계정, 로그인 세션 기록(접속 IP 주소와 기기·앱 정보 포함)
- 이용자 기기에 저장된 로그인 세션
같은 로그인 계정을 Latel의 다른 서비스(예: 통하리)에서도 쓰고 있어 그 서비스가 인증 계정을 사용 중이면, 그 서비스의 계정과 데이터는 그대로 남기고 한잔한날 기록과 한잔한날이 추가한 로그인 연결만 삭제합니다.
4. 보관되는 데이터
탈퇴한 뒤 이용자의 기록을 따로 보관하지 않습니다. 다만 아래는 시스템의 성격상 잠시 남을 수 있습니다.
- 삭제한 정보는 Latel이 주 1회 만드는 암호화된 백업 파일에 최대 30일 동안 남을 수 있고, 30일이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
- 데이터베이스·인증 서비스를 운영하는 Supabase가 인증 이벤트 로그를 자체 보관 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
5. 처리 기간
앱 안에서 탈퇴하면 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이메일로 요청한 경우 Latel은 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 삭제하고 결과를 안내합니다. 요청한 분이 계정 주인인지 확인할 수 없으면 같은 10일 안에 그 사유와 보내 주셔야 할 내용을 알려 드립니다.

Send deletion request email
1. Delete in the App (Fastest)
- Open Hanjanhannal and tap the gear icon at the top right of the Today screen.
- On the Settings screen, tap "Withdraw membership" (회원 탈퇴).
- Tap "Withdraw" (탈퇴하기) in the confirmation dialog and your data is deleted right away. If you signed in with Apple, you are asked to sign in with Apple once more so that the Apple link can be revoked.
When you withdraw, your drinking-day records and account information are deleted immediately and cannot be restored. We also request unlinking from Kakao, revocation of the Apple token, and removal of Google app access.
2. Request by Email Without the App
If you deleted the app or lost your device and cannot withdraw in the app, send an email to ceo@latel-co.com with the subject "한잔한날 계정 삭제 요청" (Hanjanhannal account deletion request). Please include the following in your email.
- App name: Hanjanhannal
- Sign-in method: Kakao, Google, or Apple
- If you signed in with Google, the email address of that Google account
- Approximately when you signed up
- Request: deletion of your account and drinking-day records
We may ask for additional information to confirm that you own the account. Kakao and Apple accounts are hard to find from an email address alone, so we may not be able to confirm the account; if you can, please reinstall the app, sign in, and withdraw inside the app.
Unlinking the app only on the Kakao, Google, or Apple side does not delete the records stored on the Hanjanhannal server. To delete the records, please request deletion using one of the methods above.
3. Data That Is Deleted
- All drinking-day records (the dates you marked and the times you marked them)
- Account and consent record (sign-in method, account creation and first sign-in times, consent version and time)
- The social account identifier used to sign in, the authentication account, and sign-in session records (including IP address and device and app information)
- The sign-in session stored on your device
If you use the same sign-in account for another Latel service (for example Tonghari) and that service is using the authentication account, that service's account and data are left as they are, and we delete only the Hanjanhannal records and the sign-in links that Hanjanhannal added.
4. Data That Is Retained
We do not keep your records separately after you withdraw. The following may remain for a while because of how the systems work.
- The deleted information may remain in the encrypted backup files that Latel makes weekly for up to 30 days, and is deleted after 30 days.
- Supabase, which operates the database and authentication service, may keep authentication event logs for its own retention period.
5. Processing Time
Withdrawing in the app deletes your data immediately. For requests made by email, Latel will delete the data and tell you the result within 10 days of receiving the request. If we cannot confirm that you are the account owner, we will tell you why and what to send us within the same 10 days.
